Cancellation & Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

No-show appointments are non-refundable.

Missed appointments cannot be credited or rescheduled.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent prior to your visit. Please note that receiving a reminder does not change the responsibility to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the shop directly. We are happy to help when notice is given.
